real high poly models (>~2 mio. tri's) - where to buy/find ?

hi. i am again in the trouble to obtain some real high polygon models, for testing issues; all the free model's out there are not very useable, because most of them has no texture maps or to less triangles ect. so i decided to spend some money, if needed; can anyone please tell me where i can buy such models/files ? Check the zbrush community, there should be some highpoly models with texturing available, made by amateurs.

DJSnow: If you find any good ones could you please post links here becouse I also need them (and probably someone else too). So far I''ve only been using a few 70-100k meshes and one with 1.2m, but it''s just a tesselated verison of 100k model.

unfortunately, turbosquid offers no opportunity to search explicitly for models with a distinct poly count.

If you just need high-count polys for tests, create a torus knot under 3dsmax with a lot of segments and sides: you can get 800.000 triangles per torus.

I don''t quite understand your last reply, but I think AP-3 raised a valid point here. You never stated for what you''ll use the model, only for "testing", if you only want to cpu speed or something, a shpere is perfectly fine IMO.
If it has to be more complex than a sphere throw a noise modifier on the sphere and there you go.
And a 100''000 poly model is enough just tesselate the mesh once and voila your 2mio model, that''s how every high poly models is generated anyway . . .
DJSnow, if you really want help, stop being an asshole when people try to help you.
