Microsoft server stats

Hi I remember about 2 weeks ago i think it was, someone asked is microsoft.com down, someone said no, there was a little debate about their hack ages ago, and someone posted the statistics on their network of servers worldwide. I tried looking, doing a search but i could not find this topic, I was wondering if anyone can remember this site or knows of one that lists it Thanks
