Microsoft have a partnership with a company called Mainsoft. Mainsoft have done development work for Microsoft before, porting Windows apps to Unix (such as SourceSafe). They have access to Microsoft''s entire Windows 98/NT/2000 code and are reportedly working on an Office port for Linux. Microsoft could end up appearing on a Linux platform near you - the virus is moving hosts!
