I''m almost too embarrased to post this... 271. Yup, I''m not even in the quadruple digits!!!! Ahhhh!

I guess I should stop feeling bad about my own 3D stuff running so slow. I thought it was a combination of a slow vidcard and bad programming, but this does tend to indicate that the latter may not be as much of a factor as I thought.

Same hardware and driver versions both platforms, which may tell you a lot about Win2K and games right now.
