I'm running Redhat8 with Java 1.4.1_01
I select my character names, then color. Deathmatch or Tag battle, selecting "Start the Fight" results in the quoted error message.

Yes I'm aware of that bug (at least I think it's the same one), Working on it..

Oh yeah, thanks for trying it & posting the stack..
