Hi, I have look at the skydome to create an good looking sky this is like a top part of a sphere with the player usually located inside the dome seeing the inside wall of the dome. Against the dome is drawn the environment... were can i find some info about this? like tutorials , examples on how create it. thx.

You can check this small engine type thingy. It actually use that sphere games implementation paper. Plus there's a procedural cloud generator thingy too that may intrest you...
