2D Splash Screen

Hello. im working on a project, and i need a splash screen, because, well, im a horrible artist. Here are my specific requirements: - i was thinking a "underwater shifty shadows" type effect - just the image, and maybe a welcome message of some kind, no menu options - I also need a cool looking font (preferably to match the splash screen, if possible, but the font isnt a requirement for turning in the splash screen, i can get that elsewhere) Sorry, no money, because im broke :( Ifyou need details about the project or whatnot, contact me at d_jild@hotmail.com (msn messenger too) Thanks QRebound

[EDIT] Too to someone complaining, *coughtoohrvykcough* im going to give you some details on the project. Im making a "hub" program to present my different games (kind of like a portfolio). the user will be able to select which game/project they wish to view, which brings them to another splash screen (im gunna handle these, they are basicly just gunna be collages of screenshots from the project). From here, they can choose to view the code, play the game, or get a more detailed description on the project (time of creation, reason for creation, etc). if your still unsatisfied and need more information, you can contact me with the email listed above
