How can i connect my mobile phone to my PC using sockets? i am using j2me., is it posible? wat hardware do i need? I want to test my j2me application in local network only thnks

Sockets are not supported under MIDP1 which are the majority of Java Mobile phones on the market!

Symbian phones and some of the MIDP2 phones do support sockets !

Take a look at Nokias Series60 phones a few of those let you use sockets!
