But Then how do I protect my application by use CRC32 ?

You would CRC your exe and all your Libraries and then check that it is the same as what you expected.

I would not use CRC, because it only requires one byte to change the crc,
Md5 is what i would use

MD5 and CRC will both change with one byte changing. That said, that is the whole point behind checksums, to make sure things are what you expect. Why would you want to use a checksum if it didn't change when you changed one byte or one bit?
