My question is simple enough, I have project that I have been working on for probably 1 and a half years. It is written in C++ and is a fully fucntional RAM/memory searcher capable of searching for floats, ints, bytes , etc in RAM. I was curious as to WHERE I would have to go, to sell this project. By sell I meant sell away the rights, and source code. I am looking for a site that allows one to sell their source codes/rights to it. If anyone knows any, please tell me.

So its a cracking program? Yeah, 'cos thats just what everyone needs, yet another way to break software.

You wouldn't sell your source directly, best way would be to make yourself a website and sell the program directly in compiled form. Theres a ton of resources on the web for setting up a shareware style company.

yea, I'd sell the compiled static library from your site, not the source.

Or it can be used as a debugger.

or used as a trainer, the possibilities are endless why jump to the conclusion that it's intended for malicious use?

Exactly, the program I made is only a 'tool'. It's uses are very broad, it can be used to debug a program, or it can be used by malicious people to 'hack' values out of a program in memory. Unfortunatly, its uses are out of my control.

Now to get back on topic, I actually don't want to 'license' the program out or anything, I just want to sell the rights and sell the source-code, so maybe a developer or another programmer can make some changes to it and sell it. What they do, I don't care. I just want to get some $$$ out of my work w/o going thru the hassle of licenses and the like.

Simple enough: Just contact someone and offer it to them for a price, or (maybe better) offer it as a barter trade. Include the source code and the compiled binaries. And you're set to go.

It'll be a difficult product to sell, since its functionality is probably not useful to enough people for middleware vendors to be interested. I'd suggest contacting development tool developers, such as Codeplay and Metrowerks.
