Hey, I am starting a new site called 3delement. The basic idea is that the site will be a tutorial database, storing tutorials from the net on any 3d gaming topics (modeling, texturing, programming, designing, etc). I've been working on the site for quite some time, and the basic layout and php work is done, and now I am at the stage of adding tutorials. I have added quite a few tutorials so far, but I realized I would need more help to make the site what I had envisioned. What I need is someone who has a basic knowledge of modeling/texturing, and has free time to help with the site (adding tutorials and bug finding) Here is a current beta of the site: www.3delement.com/newsite/ (a lot of the tutorials have not been correctly catagorized) And besides needing help, I wanted to know what was your view on this site, any comments/suggestions?

That's really cool. Nice work, though you could probably nicen up the interface a bit. In any case, this can be a great resource.

How are you storing the tree, in a database or did you hard-code it(looks like hardcoded to me)?

Oh, and a clicky: www.3delement.com/newsite/

Correction, he compiled other peoples work. I think the net needs more of that. There is a lot of great info, but it is not always easy to find (as it should be).
