Everything is great, but I got one problem. Let''s assume you got terrain with multiple tile height (using D3D to render it). Now you got an object which is in between of 4 tiles. how do I figure out the ORDER in which to draw all the tiles so that part of that object will be hidden by hills that are "in front" of it, but the object will hide tiles that are in its back? Thanx in advance Lifepower

Split everything into as many pieces as it covers tiles and render/draw from top to bottom and back to front.

You''ll have to draw/render the terrain and the objects in one run, so not first terrain and then all objects.
