I have been using VS since version 1, and IMHO I think this is the first version of VS that got it right. Almost everything on my wish list is in there and then some. (Except for the obvious ommision of a visible right margin. Maybe that's against m$ policy). Anyway this version has so much cool stuff I'm like a kid in a candy store. Almost all the annoying stuff is gone. And the best thing of all is that its JUST C++, anything related c#, vb etc. has been seperated into other versions. And the help is handled much better as a seperate window. Kudos to the VS developers on a job well done.
