I have one question. I''ve got a little DX program that I wrote that loads a bitmap files( which contains tiles that are 32x32 pixels ) onto the back buffer and that blits the sprite to the primary buffer. Here''s my question, is there a way that I could load my bitmap on a seperate buffer than the Back buffer or the primary buffer... ( I mean lpDDSBack surface and lpDDSPrimary surface )??? Sure, just create another surface to put it on using the DDSCAPS_OFFSCREENPLAIN flag.
