I''m working on a 3d-iso-engine which uses tiles, and I have a tiles with ways in different directions. Because I don''t want to make a tile with way for every type of tile (desert, grass etc.), I made the background white and set the colorkey to white. Now I had to set the Texture Stages, and here I am struck. I have diffuse lights, so I need this flag, and anisotropic filter is neccesary as well. Of course the underground should not come through the way tile, so I can''t use modulate. If anyone could give me a bit of source, I''d be very grateful. THX,, NoNseNse

Use the MFC texture program that comes with the DirectX SDK to see which effect you desire and then view the source (there is a very nice button which displays the source to create a certain effect). Otherwise... It is good that you have set the color of the poly to white... now you have to render the primary texture as a TEXTURE and the lightmap as a MODULATE kind of combination... Just look at the MFC Texture program will you!?
