Browser Game needs staff!

All things starts small, so I decided to start with a strategy browser game that'll use php/sql and function much like utopia, mb etc... But with a much better interface and more radical things. Currently the team is under the name of IceGN, we have the layout done, and starting to code this thing. Our team have one professional coder, and a dedicated hosting. We're seeking for more php/mysql coders to divide the work up more evenly. Some more detailed information about the game would be nice, along with some images of the layout. ^^

Really, the images look awesome. One question though: is there already a working codebase? (that is, game logic, not web scripting and such)

I was more asking if you have any functional code ready (in a language like PHP or ASP.NET). That would make the project very appealing - the artwork is awesome (from what I saw so far).

I seen so many posts telling 'WE G0NN4 MAEK NICE MMORPG IN C++ PLZ TELL ME HOW TO MAKE IT OMG THNX!!11!!'', that saying that the project will be written in PHP isn't nearly enough of an answer.
