Can you post more detail about what kind of game site your wanting and target audience please it will give myself and other a better understanding of what kind of design you may want/like

Target Audience: Casual Gamers/Family fun and friendly

Easy to maintain and update, pure html, but a great layout and design. Bright colors (oranges, whites, nice blues) and a fun layout.

If anyone is interested and can provide samples of sites like this, please let me know.

i dont know if this post is really some help, but i tell anyway :). know that there are designer programs that let you make webpages easy without html knowledge? programs like webdwarf http://www.webdwarf.com/ let you click and add all the stuff you need for a webpage.

dont know if this can help you a bit, and if you want to invest a day in the webpage, but i thought i could at least tell :)

I think it would prob be cheaper if you were to buy the template from template monster, I'll see if I can come up with anything over the weekend tho

I have Dreamweaver and decent editing skills, but its the actual design and art assets I want a web designer to do...
