My PC was nice for a few months, but now it's doing it again: From windows debug tools (note the slightly lazy English in the first error message):
Quote:
PFN_PAGE_SINGLE_BIT_ERROR: Bugcheck args 2 and 3 differ by a bit, its hardware error. MODULE_NAME: memory_corruption IMAGE_NAME: memory_corruption DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 0 MEMORY_CORRUPTOR: ONE_BIT CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1 DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: DRIVER_FAULT BUGCHECK_STR: 0x4E LAST_CONTROL_TRANSFER: from 0000004e to 804ef4c9 STACK_TEXT: f894d7f8 0000004e 0000008f 00012f30 00012f10 nt+0x1f4c9 FOLLOWUP_NAME: memory_corruption STACK_COMMAND: kb BUCKET_ID: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT Followup: memory_corruption
Do you think it's time to buy new memory? :s

Get memtest86 from here. It can test your RAM and tell you of any problems. If it finds some then you need new memory.

I used memtest a few times already and it never finds anything :(

Also the fact that I'm able to run without errors for weeks, and then suddenly at an unexpected moment it happens, shows that it's a very hard to find error :(
