Google is a search engine. Search engines show websites that relate to what you searched for. Usually if you search for something you want google shows a website that tells you how to get it.

Did you click on any of the pages that google showed you? The first one shows a flash decompiler (what you wanted it seems) however you have to pay for it. You should probally click on more of the pages because there might be a free one.
