Thanks. BTW, I apologize for taking up forums space. I only thought to do a search after I posted, and I found it there. :P

Edit: I ment a search of GameDev, not google. Oh, I googled alright. Didn't find it though. But now I know. Thanks.

The question you should really be asking yourself is why are you stalking John Carmack, and do you honestly believe in your heart of hearts that hes going to read, let alone reply to your emails?

If he does reply, be sure to post it here so we can call you a liar. :P

If you send an actual interesting and intellectual email he will respond. I've seen people on fora who have emailed him discussing some new graphical techniques and he's responded...

Don't be fooled, he does reply.

I've asked him several questions about OpenGL and Doom3 and he has replied to me. I belive it really was him. I also remember someone else saying they had a lengthy discution with Carmak.

I read somewhere that john is a very very busy guy who works 20 hou days (ok maybe not 20, but at least 19!). I think he has a family too and stuff. I cant imagine him reading every email that random people send him, because Im sure he gets a lot.
