I use Firefox, and frequently tab the threads I want to read. The problem is, by the time I get to read some of the later threads, they're already stale (not current). Now I know I can just F5 my way out of this, but I'm the lazy type. I'm suggesting a page refresh option, which I could set anywhere from 30 secs on. That way, I can be sure that I have the most updated version of the page, even if I don't get to it for a few minutes. Other than that, these forums are really supa kewl yo.

Hmm. Some peoples want to figure out what features a GDNET firefox extension should have?

I'm thinking... one that automatically handles all the login stuff for you, since GDnet seems to like to forget your stuff a lot. Especially the lounge. Ungh.

A quickpost button that pops up a new window that lets you post, rather than clicking through to another page. (think clicking on a mailto: link)

a button that takes you straight to the last post you read when you click on a thread.

oh yeah... this guy's refreshing thing. or one up, a little alerter that'll tell you when a thread you're watching has been updated (no email involed!)

*evil laugh*

This might just be worth coding. might.

Oluseyi: True - did not think to look for one (since I technically don't own a computer currently)

C-Junkie: I like all of those ideas (especially the seperate post window)

Just reload a page (or all pages if you want) after you close a tab. I hate annoying refreshments.
