Original Post
Has anyone ever heard of this. My friend told me u can be registered under it and this means you dont have to have a license to drive and you dont need license plates and you dont have to fight tickets or pay them. I believe him since he said he's a law major. He said it was part of a law or bill that started with an R i cant remember the name. Well if anyone knows explain or give a site for info plz :) Thx, Cory
I doubt it. If you drive without license plates and without a license, you'll be constantly pulled over. Maybe he's just joking with you?
well obviously its part of the Retards Bill of 2004, where anyone who actually believes it an acts as if its real is liable to get raped by the judicial system :P
Well it's supposed to be under the homestead act in a subsection of something called replevin. I looked into it and so far I can only find some stuff about property loss. But he said you have to get past that shit.
THanks,
THanks,
Your friend is either (a) pulling your leg or (b) flunking law school. The Homestead Act has little to do with replevin, which is a legal action you can use to reclaim goods that you own. The Homestead Act was signed into law in 1862 by Lincoln, so I strongly doubt it contains any language at all exempting you from needing a license to drive, especially since automobiles weren't in popular use until at least a century later.

According to the freemans act, you are legally able to hit zombies with crowbars.
It was legislated by the G-man.
