An idea I've been dwelling on for a long time: A Transformers 3D fighting game. And not like the BeastWars crap that's out for PS right now (BeastWars itself is ok, but the game sucks). I'm talkin' the Old School Transformers: Optimus, Megatron, Starscream, Bumblebee. It first occured to me while playing Star Gladiator on PS. It has a robot character that screams TF. Anyone else like the idea? Oh wait, Hasbro owns the coyright. Bend over! Still, it's a cool idea, no? --------------------------- "Until next time, boobie. Push the button, Frank." I think there is about a billion games like this in japan.

I happen to have about 5 roms just of games like this.

Not transformers, but mecha from various anime... which are pretty much transformers anyway... well.. the valkyries from macross anyway.

Seriously though, it could be cool. You''d probably have to create your own characters though, to avoid legal issues.

Fighters that transform would be cool. You know you have those big robots made out of lots of small ones? You could have it so you can knick the smaller parts off your opponent and add them to yourself, making you more powerful (but slower), and your oponent less powerful (and faster). And you could maybe drop bits of yourself you didnt want if you wanted to speed up a bit.

well i always thought it would be cool to make the old school transformers into a rts game. also are u thinking of making it like a street fighter game or more like virtual on?

Head to blockbuster. They have an N64 Transformers Fighter. Too bad the stuff I leave behind in the toilet is more fun than it.
