From here [http://ps2dev.org/] Download the dev tools and some of the tuts.

This is what I did, and I recently got a new job because of it.

The .elf files genorated will run on an actual ps2 and or the emulator. thought I did have som problems getting the 3d stuff to work.

Hope this helps.

I recently aquired a PS2 Linux kit and these are a few links that are not posted yet...

This : http://www.playstation-basic.com/ may be of some use, it doesn't look particularly useful in context to the other posts but may well be worth a glance to see if it applys to you.

There are some articles on here : The first one of the series are here :http://www.gamedev.net/reference/articles/article1967.asp

enjoy, and I hope they are useful!

If you are looking to program homebrew direct to the hardware (instead of running inside the linux kit) ps2dev.org is the place to go. The environment is vastly different than if running inside the ps2linux kit, however the ps2 linux site is still a good place to get information on the ps2 hardware.

Unfortunatly there aren't really much for tutorials for ps2 homebrew. The people at forums.ps2dev.org and in the irc chatroom are generally very helpful with gettings things setup and getting started.
There is documentation scattered across a few places, and rather than try to link them all in this post, I'll point you Here, which is the links page of my website. It's not a comprehensive list and probably never will be, but you should be able to get quite a bit of info from those links.
