You know, you practically represent yourself as a retard typing like that.

I thought I'd be the first to say it.

Anyway, I know a guy who's only 15 and managed to get to E3, I heard it wasn't that difficult either.

Hmmm..

My eventual goal is to be able to make up enough mock credentials that I can get in, look around, and then leave in disgust.

Like i really care if i forget to include [edit] or spell "enough" correctly on a general forum. I got the jist accross. And what if i have a mental condition of some sort, I would be very offended. Like you would ever say something like that to someone you bearly know in real life.

You practically represent yourself as an yappy wee bastard typing like that.

You should. The little details can make something look very professional or very amateur. It's not just "[edit]" and "enough", there's "I", "to", "you", and all sort of things wrong.

Having a spelling error is okay, but when every other word in the sentence is spelled incorrectly, people cease to take you seriously. It's not your fault, it's because there are a lot of kids and unfit people on the net who also type like that. So by typing similar to them you allow other people who don't really know you (for example, us) automatically associate you with that sort of people. And I'm sure this is what you want to avoid. It's all about the impression you make in other people. Even if you want to somehow enter E3, you have to give them an impression that you have the potential of being some use to them. Telling them "i want 2 go 2 e3 pls tell me how thx u" definitly won't get you in.
(I'm not saying you wrote that, I was just trying to mock up an extreme example)

Getting into E3 isn't exactly hard. They don't actually check your credentials or anything.

Haha, yappy wee kid, sure, that's me, nothing but mate.

[lol]

By the way, you suck at life. I mean, you can't even quote properly.

[wink]

Exactly. I was granted access three times in my life, simply by running a website with a few friends and e-mailing them about it.

Throw up a decent looking website (fake or not, that's your call) that has some industry/gaming coverage and ask them for an invite.

Drevay, I like your (tactful but to-the-point) style! [grin]
