Form Visibility Testing, VB6

Hey! I'm having some problems testing the visibility of a vb6 form... my test goes like this : if myForm.visible then ... elseif myForm2.visible then... . . . when i test, it calls the myForm_Load() sub Is there a way to test if a form is active/visible without loading it? i tried if Not myForm is nothing then... and it does the same thing. Thanks
