Post rating

I''m sure this has been suggested before but I don''t see anything in the last 30 days of posts, so here goes... First off, I know that the forums are under heavy construction. Rhino has said it again and again. But maybe there is still time to tack on a very cool feature: Post ratings. Basically any registered member has the chance to rate a post (say, on a scale of 1 to 10). Although this by no means eliminates dumb posts, it is helpful when you only visit the site once every few days. Instead of searching through mounds of crap, you can find the good stuff right away. It works quite well at Ars OpenForum. Usually only a few great posts ever get rated, and they stick out like sore thumbs. (I''ve just reread this decription of post ratings and it sounds pretty stupid Go here to see how it can work well.)
