I have been trying to use JOAL (Open AL hook in to java https://joal.dev.java.net/) to add sound to my Java program. I beleive I installed everything correctly but to no avail the JRE complains about not being able to find a device to use for sound output. I've tried this out using the tutorials on the joal website. Has anyone gotten JOAL to work? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
