Do you guys use any specific programming methodology or process when building your game? I was rumaging through websites and found a methodology called ''Extreme Programming''. Would this methodology prove to be useful for game development? Here''s a link to a description of ''Extreme Programming'' (aka XP): http://www.extremeprogramming.org/ RCode

split the project up, assign the people, and get it done!

You''ll need two people working on the same comp at all times, and you''ll need to be able to write tests for everything. Not exactly easy when it''s game your making instead of an app, XP is also more geared towards the Smalltalk way of doing things. When it works, it works well. But when it doesn''t you just end up wasting a load of time. I''d avoid using XP for games, although the two-people-working-together method might still work well.
