[.net] Sharp Develop error

Basically I'm getthing the following error after installing the latest version http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v219/end3r7/help2.jpg So I went to the folder and there really was no such file http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v219/end3r7/help1.jpg Can anyone help me? =)

What version of SharpDevelop and the .Net framework are you running?

When exactly does this error occur?

When installing new version?
When opening new version?
When compiling with new version?
When running compiled code from new version?

Run bin\setup\PostInstallTasks.bat In the installed program directory.
