Are there any sources on the web to do with card games?

Well, im sure you could find something on the web to help you out but maybe you should just try to sit down and program one. Card games have very well defined rules, that makes them a little easier to program them. The logic flow for your card games will probably be pretty obvious if you sit down and play a few games of the card game you plan to make.
