I am looking to write a RPG game for the PocketPC (Windows CE 3.0) platform. The game will be modeled a bit like Bard''s Tale and D&D games like Eye of the Beholder. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a simple 3D rendering engine (or even a simulation 3D engine) that lends itself to porting. As the PocketPC does not have OpenGl, DirectX, or graphics hardware currently, the engine can not depend on these. I think that I am looking at bitmap sizing or ray casting for rendering the walls/floors/ceilings, if I can''t find an engine. Unfortunately, I am not that knowledable about the intricacies of building a rendering engine, so I am hoping to find a decent one already out there. I have always used an existing engine to do any 3D viewing and I like the idea of reuse of code. I would appreciate any information or help on getting me started with this. Jennifer Glover
