well, i'm 15 now and have exprienced on programming for a few years. do you think this is a good age for learning programming? back to my problem..well, i'm confused because i don't know if i should put most effort on my studying instead of programming:( but i love programming games very much. also, i'm not smart...i've never got 75+ marks in Maths. sigh...

15 is a good age for programming, nothing wrong with that, only you need to be able to understand math quite well for 3D game programming. And if you aren't good at math, I suggest studing math.

i started at 14 with TI-BASIC and moved to C at 15 so you should be fine. i would recommend getting a 24 hour book to get a good feel for things the first time through.

Being good at math is not a prerequisite for programming. Even the most complicated problem can eventually be worked out and simplified by throwing enough brute force at the problem. Of course, it helps to be good at math since you'll pick things up faster, but if you're not so good you can get the same results just by investing some more time.

However, being creative, logical, and lucid is definitely the trifecta you want to shoot for. Without creativity, your programs will only be so many variations on "Hello, world!" and "look, I'm drawing a triangle in DirectX". Without logical thought, your programs will be inefficient and riddled with both design bugs and syntax errors. Without lucidity, your programs (even if correct) will be a tangled mess of incomprehensible spaghetti code that can be deciphered only with great effort.

School teaches math wrong. Or they did anyway. Study programming and 3d programming. Suddenly you'll be good at math because it will be a priority.

It's called goal directed learning.
