iPod Mini Help

Hello, I recently recieved an iPod Mini for Christmas, I installed all the stuff and everything went smooth, except, the first time I opened iTunes it tried to connect to the music store, I stopped it and thought nothing of it. When my brother installed his he let iTunes connect to the music store and it brought up something about getting a number of free songs off iTunes becuase we'd purchased iPods. My brother closed the page though, so I would like to know how I can get my free songs. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

Have you attempted to visit the iTunes store? If yes and you didn't receive anything regarding free songs, try installing again I guess...

I know there's a weekly free song, you can see it on the main page of the store

I too recieved a brand shiny new iPod Mini today, and I'm currently in the process of downloading the latest iTunes/iPod software. (I've gotta say, their install procedure really, really sucks, at least on Windows). I'll post back once I've got it all set up and I visit the music store...

Just noticed, if you sign up to use paypal to pay, you get 5 free songs..
