Hi.
- There where some on gametutorials.com (very beginners)
- A nice article about quaternion-based cameras can be found at gamasutra.com (intermediate)
- once you understand the math behind the cameras and viewport manipulation you should be able to implement a camera system that fit's most to your needs.
regards,
christoph

Well basically for a camera, you have 3 different ways to rotate your view: Yaw (y axis), pitch (x axis) and roll (z axix) rotations. You can also move 3 ways, forward and back, up and down, and side to side. If you understand vector maths, you can get your rotation matrix or quaternion from your 3 rotations (there are better methods, but this is pretty easy) rotate your view, and then translate the camera along the forward, up, or side vector to get your new position.
I understand that that wasn't really the best phrased advice, but it should get you somewhere. Gamedev has some camera articles that could help you out. Just go to the menu at the top of this page under resources, then articles.
