A follow-up question, though:
When dealing with an indie project, how do you make your team members sign an NDA?
I mean, what's required for an NDA to be valid? Does the signature have to be on real paper or would it suffice to sign on paper and then scan it (for easier distribution)?

Just wondering if it's necessary to require all team members to send signed NDAs by ordinary snail mail or if some digital form is allowed.
