That sounds like (a) some really weird spyware [solution: scan your system for spyware], (b) a funky Accessibility setting [check your Control Panel], or (c) a dirty mouse [clean out your mouse's contact points].

Does your mouse take batteries (i.e. is it wireless [i.e. the worst idea ever])? I know it sounds obvious, but it happens.

I have a regular mouse. And i cleaned it today and still the same effects. I'll check out control panel.

[EDIT]

Checked out control panel. Nothing unusuual.
I doubt its spyware.

Still sounds like hardware. Can you try another mouse? That would narrow it down right away.

Yep its definately a wiring problem on my mouse. I tried a different mouse (an old one on the serial port :) ). And it works fine. So yeah something is wrong with my mouse.

Time to get a new mouse.

Sounds like the button is loose. i.e if it's not in direct contact, it might quickly open and close the circut, making it appear that you're constantly clicking and releasing it.
Just a thought.

I had that problem with a previous mouse. Yes it is time to get a new one.
