HI, Is there a site where I can download ASE models from? I don''t have 3DS MAx. Also, other than 3dsmax, what softwares(cheap ones) can export to ASE file format ?? Thanks

You might want to consider a format other than ASE. While it may be easy to parse, the export plugin for MAX is really buggy and doesn''t give consistent results. Check out MilkShape 3D, its a pretty nice modeling package that is cheap.

you could also convert whatever format you can model with to ase with 3d Exploration. don''t remember the url.
