Whenever i'm at college, i can never connect to irc servers. What is the cause of this (I get the erro Connection Refused on mIRC)..If i found out what had to be done to get me to connect I think I could get a buddy that works in the MIO department to do it..or whatever Any ideas anyone? Sorry if thats explained horrible. thanks

Maybe someone else in your college is a #gamedev visitor who got banned, and hence your entire IP range got banned?

When I'm at college, I can't use IRC on any server unless I use the java client on nightstar.net.
