I've been testing the CodeAnalyst for a while. Timer and Event session types work just fine but the Simulation is not working. It doesn't seem to regonize and trace my applications at all. I tried the example application that shipped with the software too but it didn't work either. I googled for solution to this problem but only came across to one suggestion http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.games.devel.general/846 This didn't however solve my problem. Any help and suggestions are highly appreciated. btw. I am using VC++ .net and WindowsXP and my processor is AMD Athlon XP 2200+.

Is your problem the same as the one posted in that thread?

One brutally annoying bug I've come across with simulation timing is that once you've selected your "start-timing" point in the code, the little arrow doesn't automatically appear that actually runs the simulation. You have to click "Tools->Project Options" and then just click Okay in the dialog, and suddenly the arrow appears and you're set.

I have the same setup as you, and I've never had to set any other options to make it work.

Yes I got exactly the same problem as described in the link in my first post.
