What makes a name stick in your mind? Is it the cool sounding name? The meaningful one? The one who's material is interesting? A name that makes you think? I'm looking to make a site for myself, and perhaps a collection of friends. But i've never been good at the name thing.

Probably when a name is easy to read and pronounce. And when you can get its meaning just as you read it. It is good if the name wasn't used very often recently. You should seek a better name if the name you've come up with is registered as someone's trademark.

Edit: I think "Hwanging Around" is still not somebody's trademark. (Though I didn't check.)

How do you pronounce Hwang anyway? There's a similar Vietnamese name but it sounds more like Hwawng (similar to aw sound instead of ah).

Regardless of the correct way, I think we can all agree it's more fun to pronounce it "huh-wang".
