Which book?

Personally, I would recommend Catcher in the Rye. It's my favorite book. I think everyone can relate to the main character, Holden, in some way or another.

Yea, I had to read that in summer school 2 years ago (good times!) It was a good book.

I would also suggest reading Catcher in the Rye first.

Goddamn, you don't make it easy... they're all superb, in my opinion. I think you have to go for whatever mood you're going for. If you want to be depressed, read "Catcher". if you wanna end up feeling a bit disturbed, read "clockwork orange". if you wanna be hopelessly confused for most of the book, read "slaughterhouse". any way you order it, though, there's no way you can lose... good choices, my friend!

Well, I would go with Clockwork Orange. I never liked CitR much, that´s not to say it´s a bad book, of course, you might try reading the three at once.
