Talk about working at a game development company. You need teamwork to make the product, the courage to make decisions, a passion for innovation, and integrity to tie it all together.

Tell a story about how you paid a bunch of people to write you a speech. One of the people was very passionate about stopping abortion, and it took a lot of courage for the pro-choice member of the team to work with him. At the end, they all questioned your integrity because you paid them to do your work.

If you want to tread some turbulent (but highly potential) water, you could write about a team of terrorists in any "successful" attack - for instance, the 9/11 strike. Certainly these incidents involve teamwork, integrity, passion, and courge - and you might spark some decent reflection.

Or get fired. I always get those two confused.
