Creative writing?

When i was in college, I had a few creative writing classes, and really enjoyed them. I am curious if there is anyone else in here that writes short fiction, and was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting some kind of online group for writing and critiquing our work. Anyone bite? I know that having some kind of timetable to write by really helps me get it done, and I miss that "group" feeling that I got in creative writing. It's not fun to write but have no one to share your stories with.

A critique group would be cool, but would it have to be limited to short stories?

You should check out the Writing for Games forum.

I see no reason to limit things to short stories, but I think that a certain weekly page limit should be put in place so that everyone can actively participate.

Something like 2 people submit a maximum 10 pages per week, and the people who submit rotate each week. This way everyone can participate that wants to (it won't be too time demanding)

Kazgoroth, i'm not talking about writing for games, i'm talking about creative writing.

Well, the Writing Forum is for writing, not just writing for games.

There have been quite a few short-story posting marathons there, with some pretty good response.

I'm currently in the process of writing an original script for a movie I am directing for my Master's Project at school. I have a former sitcom writer (now teaches at my school - wrote for "Full House", "Today Show" and "Charles in Charge" amongst others) helping me out.

I guess that qualifies as creative writing. . .
