Hello all! I've got a question about surface removal algorithm in OpenGL. For the normal case, OpenGL will store the closest surface from the viewing point in the buffer for each pixels. Now, I need a special purpose surface removal algorithm (some book may call it "a-buffer"), which will store ALL the possible surfaces in every pixels in the buffer. (Maybe by linklist) For example, for a particular pixel, what it stored are: TheClosest_surface|colorValue -> 2ndClosest_surface|colorValue -> ... -> MostFar_surface|colorValue -> NULL Do OpenGL provide this kind of surface removal algorithm? If not, Can anyone give me some idea to implement it? Thank you so much! :-) Cheers, Takuro
