glpng.h - what is it - where does it come from ?

NO! Seriously, i''m looking for this file, or the library
it is included in. I recently found some sourcefiles that
required this file, and i don''t wanna spend my time changing
the .png files to some other file format and rewriting the
code just to see that the whole code sucks....
