3D File Format

Hi all, a few weeks (months?) ago i remember a link to a page that had this wicked Open Source 3D File format, Skeletal animation, 3DS+Maya plugins, C++ import lib and all that jazz, but i can't seem to find the link again, i dont see to have bookmarked it.. can anyone help me out, or suggest another one?

thanks for trying, but i recall it wasn't as messy as cal3d i believe it's relatively new (and im dont mean Collada btw)
