What is the most realistic human body 3D model ever made? Some kind of medical model maybe? Anyone having any info on this one?

can't get more real than chopping a body into 1 mm slices and scanning the slices :P

Sure it was done, like 10 years ago it was i think ?
The guy was frozen, sliced and scanned in like that. Thought everyone had seen related materials by now.
