ending visual basic program process

Ok i am creating this editor with multiple forms and when I close the programming using finalize() or close() while the program seems to close the process remains in the taskmanger and i can not build the program again until i manualy close the process... and Ideas on how to completely end the processs ........?

Try putting:

Unload MeEnd

into your close() or finalize() procedures. Unload Me will unload the form in which the function is in, and should hopefully remove it from Task Manager. I think the End may be overkill, but it should do it.
