Okay okay, sorry for calling you guys nerds, hehe, it got you to read this message here right? Well I''m a nerd too... me Keith W. II aka Uhfgood.. I''ve got my new game out, the gameplay is fully there, I need some people to test it for bugs, and then let me know what''s what, anyways here''s a link to my homepage which has a link directly there go to http://uhfgood.artoo.net - click on the Project : Uhf1016 link, that''s my new project, you can also go through the GD Showcase menu (here on gamedev) and find the entry marked "Project : UHF101" the 6 gets cut off of the listing. Anyways, let me know what you think instructions are on the page, in the zip and in the game itself, i would suggest you read the in game instructions... It''s a bit fast at first.. I spent the first 10 blocks trying to figure out what the hell I was doing

It''s also hard because the colours are so close together. And it would be nice if the image that you were trying to make was the same size as the one on the left.

Same here and I read the instructions. Also read the "DontReadMe" file. Score a point for you Uhfgood!

The scaling thing wasn't that big of a deal but the colors were!

I have a few other things for ya too:

1) You definetly need to make the colors more contrasting.

2) High Score - When you get a "New High Score" the old high score replaces *all* of the other scores. Is this by current design or is it a bug?

3) Keyboard Support - I am used to being able to hold the Left/Right Keys to place the block in the correct column. Right now you have to physically tap the keys once for each column shift. I don't tap keys that fast so I had a few problems with this.

All in all, I thought the game was good. Simple in concept. Kinda "Tetrisie" but I like Tetris and this is a good deviation from the norm.

you guys are so funny ;-) the shades aren''t even going
to be in the final game, the final game will have bitmaps :-D

Anyways, I don''t know about that highscore problem, i''ll have
to look into it... Uhfris''s (aka Gemdrop) highscores worked okay and i ripped the code, however some of the modifications might have screwed it up... i''ll check it out! Thanks for the help

I have another *gulp* bug to report. Hey, what can I say? I like the game.

Anyway, what I am reporting is this:

Play a game. Strike out three times. Then start a new game. You will see that the "Lives Left" count goes backwards into the negatives.

Just thought you''d like to know.
